Well, it's difficult to say how much I've read, because I've read on and off since 2006 when you first requested (for which I owe you a huge apology, so I'm really sorry). I don't really connect with most of your content, which I have a feeling is almost 100% due to the fact that A) we are in completely different parts of the world and B) we are in completely different stages in our lives. That being said, i think there are definitely some qualities to your writing that I like.
First of all, I really like the voice that your writing has. I definitely hear your personality coming through your writing, and it has a lot of your own slang too. It makes for a really interesting read. Secondly I think you take a lot of risks in your diary. Many people are afraid to put themselves completely on the internet, and while I'm obviously not going to make the assumption that I know your whole personality from what I've read, I feel like you are willing to share a good portion of who you are with us readers. Finally, I find your daily anecdotes to be interesting, though mostly the talk about your day. It seems as though, while you talk about your daily activities mostly, you also have a nice balance of your actual events and your thoughts and feelings through the day.
Also, I like your lists of things you're thankful for. They seem to be a pretty healthy thing to include every day!

Oh gosh, I do not like this design at all! It's a modified diaryland blanket design, and the basic elements are absolutely uninspired. I like that you've added a picture and modified some links here and there, but I really feel like it doesn't do you much justice. Maybe something simple (no images) but with colors and a little more design organization? I could whip one up for you, if you like, even using the image. maybe something like this?

Nearly every day! And of course since you update often, there's lots of consistency in plot from entry to entry.
