Started here and ended here. I HATE election years. I'm tired of starting everyone's reviews and getting bombarded with a load of political BS one way or the other. That's my first thought from reading. Second, how are you going to pay to backpack through Europe? It's quite expensive, I've gathered. Okay, I finished. I don't much like reviewing as I'm still reading because it tends to become a running commentary of each individual entry, rather than a commentary of the site as a whole. Anyway!, off that soapbox, your entries were...normal. Some were really insightful (like the one I got the favorite quote from). I enjoyed seeing college life from a different perspective (shockingly, not many college students write much, from what I've read). And the fact that I caught your writing as you were going nostalgic to coming home was really insightful. I'm going away to college next year (gulp!) and your point of view was interesting. You're not so emotional though, you definately day log a lot more than you emotion log. I suppose though, that is what you want to do, so keep it up then? Beyond having a special interest in where you are in your life, I probably wouldn't have been too tied into your entries otherwise.
Design: (23/30)
This is a nice design, but you don't utilize it to it's fullest junk-holding capacity. Both the left and the right boxes have lots and lots of room for more links and fun things. The center gets filled up occasionally with an etnry, but for the most part, has lots of white space too. The colors are really neat though--I like them. I would just say..maybe shortening the whole design up a bit would fit your purposes more? As it's imageless, I can't really see how it wouldn't fit your writing style. So that's good, I guess.
